How does channel attribution work?
Each lead has an `origin` field (portal, web, referido, whatsapp, walk_in, other) and, if it came from a portal, the specific portal. When the deal closes, it's associated with the lead's origin channel. The funnel computes CTR per portal (impressions / clicks / leads) and CAC / conversion / revenue per origin over the last 90 days.
Is the forecast reliable? How is it computed?
Model trained on your CRM history (minimum 90 days) · uses per-stage velocity, per-channel win rate and average ticket per agent. Each lead in the kanban has a per-stage closing probability. Pipeline × probability = base forecast · adjusted with historical velocity. The next-month forecast includes a low / high range and a confidence level (low / medium / high). Recalibrates automatically with every close.
How is per-agent performance measured?
For each agent on the team: closed deals (won + lost), win rate (won / total closed), velocity (average days from lead creation to closed-won), average ticket (revenue / won deals), 30-day activity (logged interactions). Ranking is ordered by closed revenue · coaching alerts flag agents with win rate, velocity or ticket outside the team average.
How much history do I need for a reliable forecast?
Minimum 90 days of CRM activity for the initial forecast. The model recalibrates automatically with your real deals · the more history, the more stable the projected range. If you have prior history in Excel / legacy CRM, you import it via CSV during onboarding and the model uses it from day 1.
Is the data secure? GDPR / Law 1581?
