Yes. Orkasa publishes from YOUR accounts on each portal · not ours. You onboard your credentials once (encrypted in Supabase Vault), we validate the connection, and that's it. This guarantees that the ranking, leads and reviews stay yours · nothing is lost when you migrate to Orkasa.

Absolutely. We don't create new accounts · we use yours. The history, ranking, seniority, reviews · everything stays. The only thing that changes is that you now publish from Orkasa instead of manually. Encuentra24 sees it as your normal activity.

The listing status shows the exact reason (blurry photo, copy too short, price out of range, address not validated). One click to reprocess with Listing Studio (the AI rewrites the copy adapted to the portal) and you resubmit directly from the same screen · no need to log into the portal.

Coming soon. The idea is that any change you make in Orkasa (price, photos, description, status, availability) will propagate automatically to your connected portals. It will run via official API where available and via authenticated scraping where there's no API · in every case with YOUR credentials. For now each change is republished manually from the wizard.

Yes. By default it goes to every connected portal, but you can uncheck one or several for a specific listing · useful when a client asks for a temporary exclusive on a specific portal, or when you prefer to launch on social media first before the listing platforms.

WhatsApp Status is on the roadmap (Coming soon). When it ships, it will require a verified Business account (Meta's process, free but takes 1-3 days to approve). Orkasa will publish the listing as a 9:16 vertical story with auto-expiration after 24h. In the meantime, for 1:1 WhatsApp with clients see Leads + WhatsApp.

Full plan: 250 active listings. Enterprise plan: unlimited. Each listing can be published across every connected portal at no extra cost · it only counts ONCE in your quota, no matter how many portals it reaches.
